Sales and Specification Manager (M/F/d):

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical support to our customers
  • Visit distributors and installers for technical and marketing support
  • Prospect projects and follow up on project pipeline
  • Support marketing campaigns
  • Prospect new clients and new markets, market development
  • Give guidance to our business partners and monitor commercial competition
  • Handle customer claims and complaints and prepare technical reports
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, customer insights, and consumer trends
  • Set the regional business objectives and their strategies
  • Plan and manage the cost budget, ensuring compliance and measuring return on investments
  • The area of operation will not be limited to Peru, but will include other countries in South and Central Americas and the Caribbean region (to be defined by the company)

YOUR PROFILE

  • BA/BS in architecture, civil engineering, business administration or a related field, MBA preferred
  • Min 3 years of experience as a sales manager and/or specification manager, Familiarity with Sales Force CRM
  • Marketing and industry insight (architecture, construction, building materials), knowledge of building materials
  • Ability to forecast sales goals based on analytics
  • International mindset, proactive, problem solving
  • Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • Analytical thinking, Collaboration and teamwork
  • Willingness to represent the company with diplomacy, elegance, formality, education
  • Spanish as native language, fluency in English, Brazilian Portuguese is a plus
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the working time by land, air, ocean in the national territory and abroad
