ROLE SUMMARY:

Altair School is strategically located in La Molina, Lima, Peru, and its campus has an area of 15,000 square meters. It is a regular, bilingual and mixed education school.

It has the IB Continuing Program accredited for its three programs:

PYP (Primary Years Program), MYP (Middle Years Program) and Diploma.- The School's educational proposal is based on a comprehensive, personalized education with emphasis not only on academic excellence, but also on sports and cultural areas.

The Teacher Assistant must be able to work as a team with the teachers of the level, showing good social skills.

You must have a passion for teaching and a commitment to the comprehensive education of your students. In addition, use technological tools and an advanced level of English.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work as a graduate psychologist
Keep close monitoring of students
Attend the academic and socioemotional development of students

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Graduate in clinical or educational psychology.
Experience working in schools.
Preferably with experience developing learning programs and orientation to attention to diversity.
Possess excellent communication skills, spoken and written
Possess excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Possess excellent organizational skills
Be teamwork oriented, flexible and openminded
Demonstrate a growth mindset and positive drive
