Trabajo FULL TIME - PRESENCIAL

A medida que el negocio se expande, estamos buscando contratar un Trainer - bilingue para unirse a nuestra creciente empresa.


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver training for newly hired employees using the blended learning method
  • Deliver training to existing employees for crosstraining, refreshers training, and upskilling purposes
  • Coordinate with other trainers, managers, and production leaders regarding employee deployment
  • Ensure employee scorecards and test results are documented and stored in the company's cloud and learning management system
  • Communicate training needs and online resources, training strategies, initiatives, and materials
  • Test and review existing and newly developed training modules to see if the materials are still at par with the industry standards
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team and liaise with the HR team on the enrollment of new employees to the university program
  • Track daily attendance reports of the trainees and report to the manager and director
  • Ensure trainees comply with the company policy and report to the training manager should there be HR infractions
  • Coach trainees who are in need of performance improvement plans
  • Be able to provide suggestions to improve the trainees learning experience
  • Communicating with management and Director of Operations on the training plans for the trainees

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Proficient in English and Spanish languages
  • At least 2years experience related to corporate training, or related key position in a BPO setting.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and instructional software
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
  • Encouraging to team and staff, able to mentor and lead
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

Horario:


  • De Lunes a Viernes de 10am a 7pm.
  • Modalidad presencial.
