AYNITECH SAC. Seguimos contratando, estamos en búsqueda de personas para nuestro equipo de Customer Service, quienes trabajarían para una empresa americana


Main responsibilities:


  • Maintain customer database by making updates to the data.
  • Encourage customers to purchase additional products.
  • Understand customers' needs with strong objection/response handling.
  • Serve as a liaison between Customers and other departments to communicate information.

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Excellent English skills (advance or native):


  • At least 6 months experience in customer serivce or related fields:
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
