About the team

Our Job in SAP's Cloud Success Services organization is to assist customer businesses transition fully to the cloud by deploying a new portfolio of services focused on adoption and consumption.

What you'll do:

Position title:
SAP iXp Intern - Project Management

Location:
Lima, Peru - Hybrid (Remote & Office)

In this role, you'll:

Support certain daytoday business processes required to deliver and recognize annual contract value for cloud products throughout Latin America, and also perform other important administrative tasks in support of LAC deployed ACV Team at LAC Delivery&Ecosystem.
Using our Cloud Reporting system, ensure the correct project information for each customer and cloud products, a key step in our dACV process.
Follow up project status with our Cloud Success Services organization using appropriate desktop and enterprise software.
Work closely with the LAC deployed ACV Team, Services Sales, and Operations teams in Latin America.
Support with current business process like preparing workshops, providing status reports, creating templates, monitoring fulfillment of tasks, scheduling appointments, preparing reporting documents etc.
Have a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a major Professional Services organization inside one of the world's leading producers of software for the management of business processes.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Current student for a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Economics, Information Sciences, or Management. Graduation in 2024 is a plus
Prior parttime, entrylevel, and/or internship work experience is a plus
Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken, is required, Portuguese is a Plus
Attention to detail, ability to work independently once trained.
Familiarity with enterprise software market or similar businesstobusiness programs or activities are a plus
Ability to assimilate complex ideas and detailed information into professional written, spoken and visual communications
Ability to consistently deliver results in a highenergy environment
Knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, and other desktop software
Strong organization, quantitative, analytical and problemsolving skills
Selfmotivated team player
