Salary Range (USD): $750 - $1,000 USD per month

Company Description:

Sungate was founded by two Peruvian immigrants and investors who saw value in the Baltimore area real estate market.

Frustrated with the high management and service fees charged by other companies, they established Sungate to provide clients with exceptional service at a fair price.

The company's mission is to deliver quality property management services and ensure clients' success in their real estate investments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Communication
Proactively send outbound communication to both landlords and tenants
Lease Renewals:
Coordinate in a timely manner the potential renewal of the lease with all involved parties,

and ensure that all procedures are completed in time

Tenant Coordination:
Coordinate walkthroughs, inspections, repairs & general visits with tenants, and verify

their satisfaction (when applicable).

End Of Tenancy Coordination:
Inform landlords about any moveouts, schedule exit walkthroughs, and produce a financial

statement for the reimbursement of the security deposit

Delinquent Tenants:
Follow up with tenants that are behind on rent and utility bills, inform landlords, and take

appropriate action case by case

Maintenance Requests:
Track and schedule incoming maintenance call through our online Resident Center, SMS

& phone calls, and keep involved parties updated

Skills:

Phone contact handling skills and active listening
Fluent English & Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Qualifications:

Experience: 2 years of Customer service/Admin/Operation (required)
Advanced English (required)
Bachelor's

Technology:

Google Suits (google sheets, drive, docs) & MS Office
Buildium &WhatsApp

Physical Setting:
Remote

Schedule:
Monday to Friday - Business hours

Salary:
S/.2, S/.3,600.00 per month
