We'll count on you to:

Understand client risks and support Senior colleagues in advising clients on insurance strategy solutions.
Contribute new ideas to improve Marsh's approach with its clients.
Conduct market research, prepare presentations and develop proposals for potential clients.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify, evaluate and negotiate insurer coverage policies to meet client needs.
Support commercial teams in bids and renewals.

What you need to have

Be an undergraduate student.
Industrial Engineer
Business administrator or related
Fluency in English and Spanish. A third language will be an asset.
Proficient in Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Growth mindset.
Eager to learn from a different industry than what you are used to.
