Our team at Encora Latam is looking for a
Junior Marketing Project Manager to support the _Marketing team at a fast-growing, technology services organization._ Primary duties include reviewing tasks assigned, project & program management, coordinating deliverables, and assigning resources ensuring project goals are met.

At times, there will be a requirement to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Division Overview

Our marketing team is a tight-knit group that sits across multiple geographies and is responsible for the visionary and creative efforts of our Encora brand.

Duties

Approve Marketing project deliverables ensuring all required information is provided prior to project initiation
Manage Marketing project deliverables, timelines, and assign resources to the project
Implement a project plan for larger Marketing projects
Follow up with resources to ensure timely delivery of tasks assigned
Determine priority tasks for individual team members or an entire project

Skills Required:

Marketing project and program management, with reliable detail orientation and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication skills
Strategic, looking ahead for opportunities to improve processes
Creative and analytical; able to solve problems with known or new solutions
Can act independently toward program goals when needed as well as collaborate effectively

Qualifications

2+ years of Project Management experience. Experience in Marketing is an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
Prior experience using a Project Management tool like Smartsheet or Jira
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
