Technical Professional in Heavy Machinery Maintenance with university studies in progress, and 19 years of experience in large-scale underground and surface mining, 10 of these years dedicated to the training of heavy machinery technicians. I have worked as a mechanical mine trainer, technical instructor, supervisor, planner and heavy equipment tire shop mechanic for mining companies such as Aurelian Ecuador and on mining contracts for Freeport McMoRan, Southern Peru and BHP Billiton.

I have the knowledge to lead teams of coaches, carry out evaluations of technical personnel and for coaches, I can carry out training programs and I am able to motivate, train and direct the personnel, so that they reach the goals of the department.
