I worked as a customer service agent, as a Commercial Consultant and Sales Agent and I was a corporate Executive for Business Clients. So, in all the jobs that I made, I have experience at the Loyalty Department, at the Retentions department, at the Fidelization department were all of them I made Outbound calls where the main labor that I made was provide solutions to each Cx that had issues with their with the Internet and cable services and also offer discounts and promos on the  bill, always providing the best experience with my help, in order to retain the customer, because our customer, is the most important person in the world.
