Mechanical Engineering student, with interest in sales and closing, specially, into helping clients and bringing value to them and the company. I consider the english language as a great tool to work, interact with people and getting amazing oportuinites. I am responsible, honest, talkative and confident. I can work under preassure, handle rejection and get used to new enviroments of work and teams. I feel confortable interacting with people, in a polite, assertive and friendly way. I enjoy learing new things and constantly improving my skills, especially, related to sales and building strong relationship with clients.

Through my journey as a customer service agent I achieved experience dealing with american and canadian customers, i dont feel demotivated if the customers reject my offers or even yell at me, I understad that is part of the job and actually learnt how to turn an angry client to a pleased and relieved one by bringing solutions to ther needs. I got used to a high volume of calls a day which is extremely useful for cold calling, and also sold multiple membership suscriptions to the clients.
