Warranty Administrator Jul, 2013 – Mar, 2015 MANNUCCI DIESEL SAC, Trujillo, Perú • Administration and management of the warranty process of the heavy transport units of the Mack and Volvo brands through the Volvo systems in the Trujillo workshop and containers in the La Libertad mines. • Responsible for billing warranty claims to Volvo Peru and monitoring them to make monthly reports of the number of claims billed, approved, and paid. • Responsible for the Warehouse of Guarantees assigned for the failed components: • Constant control of the labeling and storage of parts as part of the Volvo Peru guarantee process to be evaluated by audit. • Follow-up to clients to provide them with information about the campaigns launched on the market to carry them out. ACOMPLISHMENTS • Efficiency and total control in the process of managing warranty claims, minimizing the number of rejected claims to 0% in the last 2 Volvo Peru audits (October 2014 and March 2015). • 100% compliance with the campaigns implemented by Volvo Peru in the 2014 period.
