ERICSSON PERU 2019 - 2022 

◼PROJECT: 3G 4G RAN Integration: Technical support to Perú’s integration team in several modernization and extension of 3G 4G RAN projects. Script nodes preparation, documentation, automation, implementation of configuration, measurements, fault management and validation of alarms. Assist field technician with testing and troubleshooting. KPI monitoring, analysis, and report delivery of performance indicators stats of 3G 4G nodes during project integration. 

◼PROJECT: vEPC Monitoring service: Responsible of customer’s vEPC network performance monitoring, coordination with support service for issues, health checks, troubleshootings, and SW upgrades. KPI monitoring, analysis, and reporting. Monitoring service included Ericsson evolved packet core (MME, EPG, EPC) and NFVI nodes, performed using Ericsson tools (ENM, CNOM tools) during implementation stage of full Telefonica’s Evolved Packet Core network. 

◼PROJECT: UNM Service: Level 1 and 2 Telecom network monitoring: Responsible for securing that operations activities are performing according to the SLA requirements and to provide an escalation point for all KPI / operations delivery performance deviations towards the customer. Acting as the customer’s NOC Head. Manage end-to-end deployment and delivery of integration activities. Data analysis, troubleshooting support and taking part of local automation solutions for efficient ticketing management and report creation using RPA, Selenium and Python.

GMC-SOFT 2017 - 2018 

 ◼ Value added services solution architect. Pre-sales department. Plan, deliver, enhance, optimize, implement, and document GMC SOFT’s telecom products. Business department support and technical project manager, responsible for designing and integration of GMCSOFT products and services. Provide overall technical vision, features and benefits of products and services related to value added services such as subscriptions, billing, customer experience & customer services, based on real time messaging services. Knowledge of mobile networks architectures, telecom platforms, and technologies. 

VIRGIN MOBILE 2015-2017

◼ Planning and Engineering of BSS/OSS and CORE MVNO Networks. Network Engineer position. Technical leader for engineering and operations/maintenance of MVNO’s BSS, OSS and CORE network elements, performance monitoring for provisioning, messaging and billing services platforms.
