​Universidad del Pacifico (UP) is a private nonprofit university founded in 1962 by a group of Peruvian entrepreneurs supported by the Society of Jesus. Today it has become a university specialized in the areas of economics and business administration. The Academic Department of Business Administration is currently recruiting one full-time professor.

The professor must have competence in at least one of these areas:
Human Resources, Data Analytics or Project Management.
The applicants must have the following requirements:

• Ph.

D. degree issued by a university of recognized prestige.

• Capability to teach in undergraduate programs.
• Research capacity , supported by recent publications.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Both) , spoken and written language.
• The position implies teaching face-to-face classes in Lima City, Perú.
