- Possesses thorough job knowledge and is competent in all aspects of the job including strong proficiency in enterprise document management, relational databases, and internet based project collaboration systems.
- Responsible for project administration in area of document management (home office and field).
- Oversees internal and external document review process.
- Maintains proper document configuration management in support of engineering and construction.
- Interfaces with project material control, scheduling, expediting, and client engineering to ensure time/cost effectiveness of all documentation activities.
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively lead the information management function on a small to medium sized project.
- Assumes mentoring and training roles as required.
- Delegates, supervises and evaluates subordinate's work assignments.
- Provides necessary training to Project Information Management department personnel.
- BA/BS in Civil Engineering + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience in expropriation and affected services of transportation civil works and/or education
- Fluency of English language
- 10+ years of experience in expropriation and affected services of transportation civil works
