We will count on you to:

  • Develop compensation consulting industries in the Peruvian market for Marsh McLennan and Mercer.
  • Manage client relationships and preparing client presentations/ reports.
  • Understand Mercer ́s global products to adapt them to the Peruvian market or develop product initiatives.
  • Analyze clients financial and compensation data versus market, using excel modelling skills.
  • Development of corporate compensation consulting projects (competitiveness studies, analysis, calculation, policies, pay philosophy).

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelor's degree (Economy, industrial engineer, industrial relations, sociology, or related fields).
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial or compensation consulting experience.
  • English proficiency.
  • Advanced Excel (macros).
  • Power BI (preferred).
