We will count on you to:

Develop compensation consulting industries in the Peruvian market for Marsh McLennan and Mercer.
Manage client relationships and preparing client presentations/ reports.
Understand Mercer ́s global products to adapt them to the Peruvian market or develop product initiatives.
Analyze clients financial and compensation data versus market, using excel modelling skills.
Development of corporate compensation consulting projects (competitiveness studies, analysis, calculation, policies, pay philosophy).

What do you need to have?

Bachelor's degree (Economy, industrial engineer, industrial relations, sociology, or related fields).
Minimum 2 years of commercial or compensation consulting experience.
English proficiency.
Advanced Excel (macros).
Power BI (preferred).
