The Environmental Engineering department at the Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología – UTEC, in Lima (Peru), is strengthening its core faculty and is actively looking for a full-time professor.

We are looking for proactive candidates holding a degree in Environmental Engineering and a doctorate degree in areas such Civil or Environmental Engineering, Hydrogeology, Edaphology, Environmental Chemistry, Wastewater Treatment, Potabilization, Environmental Management, Waste Management, Ecotoxicology, Environmental Law, Environmental Economics, Sustainability, River Science.‍The candidate must be able to teach effectively in Spanish at both undergraduate and graduate level.

Also, must have a proven record in collecting research funding and conducting outstanding research.

Postdoctoral and industrial experience are pluses.‍Candidates must demonstrate English language skills and to actively participate in the assessment and continuous improvement of the program to maintain or obtain accreditations.
