You will work in Mondelēz International Digital Services and help us deliver an impeccable service experience with your customer focus and meticulous attention to detail in administrative tasks.

In this role, you will ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.

How you will contribute

Be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation support for processes in your area of responsibility and will deliver them within agreed to deadlines and ensure service quality is maintained.

You will ensure that all activities comply with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations and work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance.

You will deal with access requests/issues and identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities.

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:As a People Experience Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing core HR processes, including onboarding, contract creation, affiliations, and all activities related to day one experiences, as well as handling exit processes. This role will serve as a guide and advocate for self-service culture through the Employee Center, acting as the first-stop-shop for all HR-related inquiries. Additionally, you will be exposed to labor issues and Peruvian legislation, requiring familiarity with local labor laws.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, including the People Team in Lima and commercial teams, and external entities, such as auditing authorities and occasionally unions, providing guidance on HRrelated matters.
  • Facilitate the adoption of selfservice tools and processes among employees, promoting a culture of empowerment and autonomy.
  • Stay abreast of changes in Peruvian labor laws and ensure compliance in all HR practices.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve HR processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize WorkDay and MS Office tools, particularly Excel (intermediate level), to analyze HR data and generate insights.

Education / Certifications:

Academic background in Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resources or any other related field.

Job specific requirements:

  • Experience working in plant, commercial, administrative, or payroll environments (a plus).
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Fluent in English, with a minimum B2 level proficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
