- Coordinates requests for new automation projects and development of new applications.
- Interacts with the client and the System Operations Lead of the computer center to define, implement and maintain the automation processes of the computer center.
- Defines standards for the automation process
- Designs and develops programs to support process automation (custom software – internal)
- Supports the analysis and implementation of change controls to production (new implementations)
- Interacts with other areas to collect information from the computing center.
- University degree in Systems Engineering or related
- Must have both verbal and written communication in English & Spanish
- Logical and analytical skills.
- Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery.
