- Architect the dualbrand strategy to scale a personal brand while reinforcing the company brand without cannibalization.
- Propose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) that differentiate Paradox in the Self-Help industry.
- Define editorial lines for each platform: Depth & Search for YouTube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, and Authority & Authenticity for LinkedIn.
- Lead the endtoend production process: write hooks, storyboard narratives, and ensure final output matches the vision.
- Identify and hire required talent (motion design, drone operators, subjectmatter experts) to realize concepts and onboard them.
- Direct on set for the principal talent, ensuring scripts, set, and direction support a seamless performance.
- Provide highlevel artistic direction and serve as final quality check to meet Paradox's aesthetic and storytelling standards.
- Collaborate with Growth to treat content as a primary acquisition channel, producing assets designed to convert in Ads.
- Proven Content Builder: Experience growing a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (e.g., 100k+ followers or millions of views).
- Editorial Leadership: Experience managing a creative team and delivering highquality video projects.
