    Overview

    Director of Media - EdTech (French fluent ) at Paradox EN.

    This role focuses on transforming a Personal Brand ecosystem into a global Company Brand, with a mandate to build a Movement rather than just content.

    The role combines brand architecture, content creation, and end-to-end production leadership to elevate Paradox and David Laroche's personal brand in tandem.

    What you will do

    • Architect the dualbrand strategy to scale a personal brand while reinforcing the company brand without cannibalization.
    • Propose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) that differentiate Paradox in the Self-Help industry.
    • Define editorial lines for each platform: Depth & Search for YouTube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, and Authority & Authenticity for LinkedIn.
    • Lead the endtoend production process: write hooks, storyboard narratives, and ensure final output matches the vision.
    • Identify and hire required talent (motion design, drone operators, subjectmatter experts) to realize concepts and onboard them.
    • Direct on set for the principal talent, ensuring scripts, set, and direction support a seamless performance.
    • Provide highlevel artistic direction and serve as final quality check to meet Paradox's aesthetic and storytelling standards.
    • Collaborate with Growth to treat content as a primary acquisition channel, producing assets designed to convert in Ads.
    Experience and qualifications

    • Proven Content Builder: Experience growing a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (e.g., 100k+ followers or millions of views).
    • Editorial Leadership: Experience managing a creative team and delivering highquality video projects.
    • Elite Scripting Skills: Demonstrated ability to craft scripts with hooks and engaging longform narratives.
    • Performance Fluency: Ability to drive business results through content (ads, launches, conversions).
