  • The position will be responsible for document control (deliverables, administrative and management) for the Antapaccay
  • CPF project, in accordance with guidelines, standards and procedures that are defined by Glencore Copper Projects.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Extensive technical construction methodology know-how for greenfield and brownfield projects for specific copper mining mega projects.
  • Knowledge of engineering performance, manual labor performance, equipment production and derivation of manual and nonmanual wage/salary rates.
  • Knowledgeable of current industry and technical developments.
  • Demonstrated skill to identify, analyze and solve problems in a logical, expedient, and decisive manner.
  • Technical knowledge of engineering, procurement, contract administration, and construction techniques.
  • Proficiency in general estimating systems, cost control, change management and trending programs.
  • Strong understanding of project control management considering different contract delivery models.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and relationship building skills both including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Semiautonomous, selfmotivated, highly proactive, and resilient attitude.
  • Technical problemsolving, facilitation, analytical, goals oriented, leadership/ management and negotiation capabilities with contractors/subcontractors.
  • Fluent Spanish and communication English intermediate level is required.
  • Relevant project owner's teams or EPC/M experience.

About the profile:


  • Bachelor's degree or completed engineer.
  • More than 2 years of experience in Document Management.
  • Experience in use of document management tools (mandatory).
  • Significant knowledge and experience in MS Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) intermediate/advanced level (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Power BI (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of design tools (Autodesk Autocad).
  • Knowledge of programming tools (MS Project).
  • Effective communication to interact with the contractor and the inmate with staff (matrix organization).
  • Skills to train personnel.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 4500
  • Basic / Intermediate English Language
