SPECIALIST GUEST EXPERIENCE - FRONT DESK
La posición se encargará de la atención directa a los clientes en recepción, poniéndole suma importancia a los estándares de servicio que nos caracteriza así como los upsells.
Requisitos:
- Estudios técnicos o superiores en la especialidad de Administración Hotelera y Turismo.
- Conocimiento del Sistema Opera.
- Deseable experiência previa en Front Office.
- Excelente disposición de servicio al cliente.
- Horarios rotativos de acuerdo a operación
- Dominio de Inglés nível avanzado.
