    Long Description

    Principal Accountabilities

    In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

    Under Limited Supervision:

    • Review and process monthly payments for each Authorized Service Center (ASC).
    • Provide support to warranty extensions, services on-site, technical training, and special events.
    • Control and develop access keys for new Authorized Service Centers.
    • Support equipment re-processing according to SEC and EAI guidelines.
    • Follow up on service claims and assist with DOA product processing.
    • Generate statistical analysis and management reports.
    • Provide relevant information for decision-making.
    • Measure ASC's performance and ratings.
    • Admin warranty orders.
    • Control consignment warehouses and allocations.
    • Create service intelligence tools, including database or spreadsheet design.
    • Responsible for performing presential or virtual audits
    • Ensure that ASC's performance follows Epson procedures and rules.

    Minimum Experience Requirements

    B - Requires some specialist or admin experience (2- 5 years)

    Education

    D - Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.).
