- Review and process monthly payments for each Authorized Service Center (ASC).
- Provide support to warranty extensions, services on-site, technical training, and special events.
- Control and develop access keys for new Authorized Service Centers.
- Support equipment re-processing according to SEC and EAI guidelines.
- Follow up on service claims and assist with DOA product processing.
- Generate statistical analysis and management reports.
- Provide relevant information for decision-making.
- Measure ASC's performance and ratings.
- Admin warranty orders.
- Control consignment warehouses and allocations.
- Create service intelligence tools, including database or spreadsheet design.
- Responsible for performing presential or virtual audits
- Ensure that ASC's performance follows Epson procedures and rules.
