What will help you succeed at Globant:

Believe and love what you do.
Make "No's" become "What ifs"..
Being flexible & goal oriented.
At least 2 years of experience with Scala & Java Development.
Experience with Agile Methodologies, Junit, AWS, Tomcat.
Upper Intermediate English skills.
