Responsible for supporting and developing the commercial relationship between Colgate and its strategic partners in the Indirect Trade Channel and exceeding the objectives in KPIs; Net sales, Volume Growth, distribution, market share in Territory assigned Essential Job Functions
What you will do
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in the assigned zones while balance the adequate market distribution and penetration
- Conducting negotiations as necessary at the regional office and/or store level
- You are a collaborator
- In this role, you'll establish partnerships with multiple parties. These relationships thrive on mutual trust and integrity to achieve deliverables and execute against the strategy and goals. You understand inventory level and know how to monitor competitive activity as well as obtain new orders.
- Indirect Sales Force daily Tracking for achieving Sell Out and Coverage objectives
- Experience in indirect sales force management.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree University Degree (Business Administration, Marketing or a related field)
- At least 6 months Proven experience as a Sales Executive
- English level (Intermediate +)
- No restrictions to live in provinces
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Experience working in consumer product goods
- SAP Knowledge
- Experience in other Channel (Supermarket or Pharmacy)
