    Project: As the United Kingdom Delivery Team (UKDT) enters its 4th year of working alongside the Peruvian Government in the delivery of over $5Bn of social and flood infrastructure, we are expanding

    This year we are supporting our client deliver a 5-fold increase in the volume of works compared to the previous year, with construction starting on 7 city drainage schemes, 17 river defence projects, and unique reforestation and early warning systems projects.

    We are looking for ambitious and dynamic Project Managers with a background in large civil projects/programmes who are hungry for their next challenge.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Advising and mentoring the client's project managers and delivery teams in the integrated solutions workstream.
  • Supporting strategic planning, project appraisal and project evaluation processes from project start to commissioning and handover.
  • Guiding the client across all Project Management skillsets, including procurement, project controls, HSQE, stakeholder engagement.
  • Promoting agile and justified decision-making with the client to ensure the progression of the projects and to maintain the rate of execution.
  • Ensuring that their projects are aligned with the programme's structures and processes, led by the PMO.

    You want to make a difference, you care about socially valuable infrastructure projects and you want an adventure alongside the job

    You have a civil engineering degree, a construction-related qualification or a project management qualification. You can demonstrate experience in the delivery of large civil projects and programmes, you have the ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and, ideally, you will have some experience with the NEC contract. You have an advanced level of English or better and Spanish language skills are considered preferable but are not required.

    You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and enjoy being a part of a strong, motivated team. You will have the ability to make sound decisions and demonstrate reasoning and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
