- Manage endtoend recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize multiple channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
- Some parts of other HRBP functions
- 3–5 years of handson experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
