• Manage endtoend recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize multiple channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
• Some parts of other HRBP functions

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of handson experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
