Your role at Clorox:


The role of the Sales Administration Lead is to provide support to the Sales team via critical data inputs availability in a timely and in quality fashion.

This role performs as contributor in many of the deliverables, while also interact and coordinates both within function and cross functionally.


In this role, you will:

  • Administration of the Trade Spending tool, with support for all sales users. Ensure compliance from sales team (e.g., proof of performance of all promotional activities).
  • Timely and accurate publication of Price List.
  • Administration, execution and monitoring of audit / internal control processes for Sales function (e.g., conciliations with customers, contracts, due diligence).
  • Sales Bonus reporting and payment calculation.
  • Coaching / Development of the Trainee in the Sales Administration Team.
  • Executional Coordination / Follow up of Sales Calendar across Channel.
  • Support in Sales policies and procedures, as well as ensuring their correct communication and submission.
  • Master Data requestor on ERP Sistem
  • Support and monitoring in the control of the Sales Admin Budget process. Supports BCP maintenance, communication, execution. Sales team events coordination.

What we look for:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales / Merchandising / Trade Marketing teams. Sales Administration experience would be a plus.
  • Well organized. Operative Planning is required.
  • Results oriented.
  • Systems technology driven.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, and other functional areas and peers understanding the different needs and tailoring communications accordingly.
  • Skillful on achieving through others. Collaborative and strong Team Player.
  • Searches for, receives, and changes behavior when appropriate based on feedback.
  • Understands the process but is not process bound.
  • Able to manage confrontation & crisis.
  • Self Motivated / Committed / Self-Drive.
