    ESTIMATOR ASSISTANT

    H&C Construction LLC, a U.S.-based residential remodeling company, is seeking an Estimator Assistant to join our Sales & Project Development department in Lima.

    This role provides direct support to the Estimator team in preparing cost estimates, measurements, and material take-offs for remodeling projects in the U.S.

    The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about construction pricing and project evaluation.

    • Key Responsibilities
    Support the estimation process by reviewing drawings, measurements, and specifications.
    Assist in preparing cost breakdowns and price comparisons.
    Enter, organize, and maintain data in project estimation sheets.
    Coordinate with the Project Development and Operations teams to ensure accurate project information.
    Verify quantities and materials in collaboration with vendors and project managers.
    Maintain organized digital records and files for estimates and proposals.
    Contribute to process improvements and time optimization for the estimating workflow.—

    • Qualifications

    Technical or university studies in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.1–2 years of experience in construction estimating, drafting, or similar support roles (internship or junior-level experience acceptable).

    Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
    Intermediate English level (B1–B2).
    Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
    Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Proactive problem-solving and initiative for continuous improvement.
    Adaptability and willingness to learn construction-specific tools.

    • Compensation & Terms

    Employment Type:
    Full-Time, on-site (Lima, Peru).

    Schedule:
    Monday to Friday.


    Monthly Salary:
    PEN 2,500 gross.
