Full Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with EdgeUno's overall business objectives, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Brand Building: Oversee brand development and positioning, ensuring a consistent brand message across all channels and marketing materials.
Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation programs to capture and nurture prospects, driving them through the sales funnel to conversion.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Performance Tracking: Utilize datadriven insights to monitor campaign performance, evaluate marketing initiatives, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to achieve departmental goals.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and business development teams to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring effective allocation of resources for optimal results.

Trade Shows:

Plan and participate in industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners and clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the cloud, hosting, datacenter, and/or telecommunications industry.
Subject Matter Expertise: Handson experience and deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights and effective marketing strategies.
Resultsoriented: A track record of delivering measurable and impactful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.
Techsavvy: Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM software, analytics tools, and other relevant marketing technologies.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and information effectively.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, evolving industry and adapt marketing strategies to changing market dynamics.
Creativity: Innovative thinker with the ability to devise unique marketing approaches and stay ahead of the competition.
Professional proficiency in English / other relevant languages for international market expansion.
