- Perform timely HSSE Data Analysis to provide valuable information for decision making.
- Support implementation of corporate tools such as Fatal5, Human Risks, etc.
- Coordinate with Area S&R Managers for the standardization and improvements needs of the HSSE Framework
- Coordinate the deployment of HSSE campaigns in the region to improve HSSE performance.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the Global HSSE Management System and communicate these to the Regional Head of S&R
- Facilitate HSSE advice for the deployment of the HSSE Framework.
- Monitor the progress of the region to achieve its HSSE Objectives and complete the associated action plan.
- Track recent incidents and progress made in achieving the HSSE Objectives.
- Reporting on the performance of the HSSE management system to the Regional Head of S&R
- Ensure the provision of coaching, training and guidance to ensure people's competence or ability in corporate tools.
- Periodically evaluate the HSSE performance of the region and provide information required for the Regional Management Review
- Actively participate in the standardization of HSSE initiatives at regional level.
- Support interaction between Area S&R Managers for the deployment of initiatives, learning from incidents and critical findings.
- Track budget control over CAPEX & OPEX HSSE
- Strong ability to data analyze
- Capable of using Power BI, Excel
- Advance English and Spanish proficiency. Portuguese is desirable.
