Your impact

As a Marketer, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing PCI's brand story to life across every channel and touchpoint.

When you support the Marketing team, you ensure PCI speaks with one powerful, cohesive voice across all media. Your contributions will be essential to driving content that transforms perceptions and captivates our audiences.

Your role

You'll take on all, or many, of the following duties:

Build distribution plans for content, including SEO, social media, guest posting, ads, and more and execute against the plans to proactively reach our audience
Proactively maintain PCI's website, executing updates and optimizations
Collaborate with creative agencies to conceptualize, design, and produce marketing collateral
Own our social media strategy. Ideate, write, and design social posts using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Ensure all content integrates into the company's overall editorial calendar
Brainstorm and implement new ideas to creatively highlight PCI's brand through events. Be available to travel to support event booths.
Oversee the creation and purchasing of PCI swag for employees and customers, building an annual strategy to maintain truetobrand merchandise
Contribute to our employer branding strategy and help bring initiatives to life
Champion PCI's brand purpose through exemplary work and embodiment of our core values
In addition, there will be opportunities to support the Marketing team on special projects and learn new skills and channels across the marketing stack

Your Experience

You'll have some, or all, of the following experiences:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Or equivalent experience
Minimum 23 years of experience in content creation
Minimum 23 years of experience in social media marketing
Minimum 23 years of experience in a marketing role is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly learn about the energy industry
Organized selfstarter who takes initiative on projects
Creative problemsolver with an entrepreneurial spirit
Passionate about continuous learning and professional growth
A good fit for PCI's core values of customer success, continuous improvement, enlightened awareness, and connectedness
