Our client is based in Florida, USA, and running a digital marketing agency and looking for an experienced SEO strategist to plan and execute organic growth strategies for a set of clients.
Our client has a policy of "no jerks" for both clients and team members and is looking to grow its client-servicing team with exceptional super-stars who are passionate about what they do and have the right attitude.
About the role:
We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated CRM Specialist with deep expertise in Go High Level.
In this critical role, you'll drive our digital agency's client relations by developing and implementing robust CRM strategies for local service businesses such as plumbing, HVAC, and painting contractors.
If you are passionate about fostering client relationships, love to use data to inform strategy, and are an expert at leveraging Go High Level to its fullest potential, we would love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Implementing and managing Go High Level for our clients in the local service industry.
- Customizing the CRM to fit each client's specific needs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Analyzing and interpreting client data to drive strategy and improve customer relationship management.
- Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Training internal teams and clients on the use of Go High Level and encouraging its adoption.
- Identifying opportunities for CRM system improvements and recommending enhancements.
- Keeping uptodate with industry trends, Go High Level updates, and best practices.
- Regularly reporting on CRM performance and insights to internal teams and clients.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist, with extensive experience in implementing and managing Go High Level.
- Exceptional understanding of CRM best practices, with the ability to customize and optimize Go High Level for diverse needs.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data and use it to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to drive CRM adoption among diverse teams.
- Collaborative team player with a passion for improving customer relationships through effective CRM use.
- Keeps updated with the latest trends and changes in CRM technology and digital marketing.
Please note: Expertise in Go High Level implementation and management is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST
Holidays: 20 PTO days per year (Can be used for US or local holidays, etc., accumulating over the year.)
Salary:
USD 1,500 to USD 2,250 per month
