Application Support Engineer, 80-100 (f/m/x) - Iquitos - OMICRON Lab

    What's it all about?

    • You support international customers and assist them with using our products as well as with technical questions and issues – by phone, email, and onsite.
    • You conduct training sessions for customers and colleagues and represent OMICRON together with our sales team at product presentations, trade fairs, and events.
    • You act as the voice of our customers, understand their needs, and actively advocate for their concerns.
    • You document customer interactions, maintain our knowledge database, and monitor market requirements to drive the further development of our products.
    • You network with our international colleagues, exchange experiences, and actively contribute your product and application expertise to our innovation process.
    What are we looking for?

    • You have completed technical training (HTL diploma or university degree) in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics.
    • Excellent communication in German and English is no problem for you.
    • You are reliable, committed, eager to learn, and want to develop further.
    • You value customer contact and are interested in energy systems.
    • You are willing to travel internationally for about 10% of your working time.
