Key responsabilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and longterm vision.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish operational goals
  • Work with investors to resolve issues and satisfy their reporting needs
  • Build and maintain a quarterly reporting package to help the executive team manage the business
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to create and manage budgets for various operational departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the factoring or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of collections operations, processes, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams.

Salary:
S/.5, S/.6,000.00 per month
