This position will manage the business operational needs.

The person in this role will be responsible for producing high quality analysis regarding:

System monitoring, performance schedule planning, data and trend analysis, and insights for various aspects of the business as well as the reporting of global KPI's, and process definition and implementation.

This is a great entry level opportunity for a creative, analytical, team-oriented, go-getter who is driven to produce results and can stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure.

The specific responsibilities are:

Develop, implement and manage policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and cleanliness of the CRM with marketing, sales, product and business systems teams
Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers
Manage the evaluation and interpretation of data; identify trends that signal new opportunities or challenges and dangers; converts data trends into actionable sales processes and tactics
Work closely with leadership to create, implement, and document various sales related processes
Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in the sales process
Troubleshoot issues that occur on the sales floor including but not limited to lead / call delivery
Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and partners across the company, including leading crossfunctional task forces on major initiatives
Ability to train / demo new process
Maintain / establish an operational structure and environment that will promote and implement operational models to deliver high efficiency levels to the organization to grow revenue

What you need to be successful:

Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently to complete detailed tasks
Able to navigate multiple interfaces to handle day to day tasks
Well organized and high attention to detail
