Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to student inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
Provide information about school services, procedures, and general inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the system.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless student experiences.
Handle student concerns and issues with empathy and resolution.
Adhere to established school protocols and guidelines.
Meet performance targets related to productivity, quality measures, and customer satisfaction.
Perform data entry of student demographics accurately.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma.
Two years of office experience or related job experience.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
