As the Head of Project Execution, you will lead a team of project managers, engineers, and technical experts, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for driving the project execution strategy, establishing project execution plans and procedures, and ensuring the successful implementation of these plans.

Additionally, you and your team will provide input into project risk identification and mitigation, and decision making during the project development phase to optimize project outcomes.

You will also support procurement and contracting efforts before the final investment decision (FID) is made.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership and management of the offshore wind farm project execution team and contribute to the development and implementation of project management and governance framework(s).
Develop and implement project execution strategies and plans to ensure the timely delivery of highquality projects, within budget and on a zeroharm basis.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project partners, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Provide guidance and support to project managers, engineers, and technical experts to ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects on time, within budget and to required quality and safety standards.
Develop and implement project management processes and procedures, including risk management, quality control, and performance monitoring.
Oversee the development and implementation of safety and environmental management plans for offshore wind farm projects and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management across countries and functions.
Contribute to project risk identification and mitigation, and decision making during the project development phase, in addition to guiding procurement and contracting efforts prior to a final investment decision (FID).

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy

industry, with a focus on offshore wind.

Strong technical knowledge of offshore wind farm project execution, including FEED, certification, construction, and commissioning.
Experience in managing large, complex offshore wind projects in the Asia-Pacific region, including Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Australia.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
