CX Representatives play a pivotal role in ensuring patients receive timely and accurate care by facilitating smooth communication between patients, clinics, and internal teams. They are the first point of contact for patients and clinics via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Patient outreach is key to providing accurate guidance on supply orders. CX Representatives provide information on refill eligibility, insurance coverage, delayed shipments, incorrect items or insurance denials.
Achieving seamless patient experiences requires CX representatives to troubleshoot issues efficiently while escalating complex cases when necessary.
