    What's the Role:
    As a Technical Lead, your need to focus will be on enhancing production efficiency and minimizing waste by developing effective production methods. Utilizing advanced simulation tools, you will craft innovative approaches to meet customer requirements.
    Your responsibilities include seamless collaboration and communication with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of designed production methods. Additionally, you will lead the collection of performance data, ensuring its accuracy and timely availability.
    You must ensure the full implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) systems within the team and work area. This includes promptly addressing safety communications and alerts, taking immediate action, and putting appropriate controls in place. Monitoring the area is essential to ensure incidents are reported, investigated, and resolved effectively.
    In this role, you will be responsible for developing the Quality culture of the technical team, developing parts as per designs, working with manufacturing and engineering to develop new Technologies/Improve Manufacturing Processes, Collaborate in Change Management, and seeking Continuous Improvement

    Key Technical Criteria:

  • Degree in Metallurgy, Science, or Engineering.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
  • Demonstrated experience in reading and interpreting engineering documents such as drawings, specifications, and CAD/CAM models
  • Demonstrated experience in Six Sigma or other similar quality management programs
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment or similar heavy engineering industry
  • Bilingual proficiency is a key requirement for this role – Spanish & English
  • This role is based in Chilca, Lima, Peru.
