We are rapidly expanding and are looking for a Credit Associate to efficiently support Underwriting team members, to work in conjunction with other departments as well as individually.

• Conduct reviews on deals underwriting requests, covering background checks and document review and creation of financial tables
• Update dashboards for Preseason
• Crossreference financial documents looking for potential risk factors.
• Package potential deals for the finance committee, highlighting strengths and weaknesses
• Proactively manage the applicant pipeline while ensuring data accuracy and maintaining all underwriting quality standards
• Assist in the refinement and streamlining of existing processes.
• Support the retrieval of documentation to assess the credit worthiness of potential borrowers and minimize risk
• Various analyses as need on a deal to deal basis to evaluate the risk of potential deals

• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Engineering, etc.
• 1 year in a client centered supportive role or administrative function within a fintech or financial services organization
• Proficiency with excel and basic formulas
• A cando attitude, strong problemsolving mindset, and strong organizational skills with an outstanding eye for detail and a high degree of accountability
• Servicefocused with superior timemanagement and communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Speak, Read, Write)
• Comfortable with analyzing financial statements
