    How you will contribute

    You will:

  • Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities
  • Negotiate with applicable account representatives, to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers
  • Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc.

  • More about this role:

  • Responsible for the OTC process, specifically order tracking and receptions, collaborating with Customer Service & Logistic in order to deliver Service Level Agreements KPIs, including Case Fill Rate (CFR) and returns.
  • Responsible for successfully managing the relationship with the customer logistic team and day to day operation ́s team. Monthly status review with customer ́s logistic ́s team.
  • Responsible for the execution of Perfect Store strategies for the account. Perfect Store initiatives include: MSL, Primary Shelf reinvention, Check-out coverage, Secondary Exhibitions, Share of Shelf and planogram definition. Deliver Perfect Store KPIs.
  • In charge of client ́s Sell Out targets by category and retail environment.
  • Analyze reports and statistics on Sell Out trends, stocks, DOI and on shelf availability.
  • In charge of the JBP correct execution and follow up
  • Responsible for transmitting the promotional plan to the merchandiser ́s team. Host weekly status meetings and ensure they are trained in our products, categories, and Perfect Store KPI ́s.
  • Forecasting Process: Actively participate in the forecasting process and along with the KAM and logistic (Demand Planner), verify numbers from previous years, actual numbers, sales trends, sales programs, consumers programs, brands supports and with his input get the most accuracy estimated by SKU and distribution channels, to ensure the correct product volume according to timings negotiated to accomplish with the trade pullout needs.

  • Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in commercial areas (Marketing, Category Planning, Trade Marketing, Sales)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage Perfect Store ́s KPI ́s and OTC process.
  • Intermediate English
  • Intermediate Excel (Pivot tables and functions)
  • Skills: Being in touch with external environment, negotiation skills, Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Planning and drive for results.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related
