Become a Pricing Specialist


On Your Next Adventure, You'll:

• Coordinate, complete, and respond to daily pricing commitment requests in accordance with assigned due dates or service level agreements for new and existing customers
• Ensure compliance with operational policies prior to pricing committed business
• Provide notes on every pricing activity, logging how the pricing was compiled to effectively communicate that information to relevant operations staff upon award
• Learn, understand and utilize the various pricing tools available
• Ensure compliance with operational policies prior to pricing business
• Communicate and develop rapport with stakeholders at CHR network offices with the goal of constantly having the most uptodate pricing for accessorial charges and/or market fluctuations
• Collaborate with management and peers to identify best practices to provide continuous improvement in the quality of pricing activities and trends that lead to more favorable win ratios

You're a Great Fit if You Have:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Pricing or Inside Sales or related roles
• Experience working in a Freight Forwarder will be valuable
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask, demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy, and adhere to deadlines across multiple requests
• Values a diverse and inclusive work environment

En tu próxima aventura, harás lo siguiente:

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas operativas antes de comprometerse con los precios.
• Proporcionar notas sobre cada actividad de precios, registrando cómo se compiló el precio para comunicar eficazmente esa información al personal de operaciones relevante al otorgar el premio.
• Aprender, comprender y utilizar las diversas herramientas de precios disponibles.
• Comunicarse y establecer relaciones con las partes interesadas en las oficinas de la red CHR con el objetivo de tener siempre los precios más actualizados para los cargos accesorios y/o las fluctuaciones del mercado.
• Colaborar con la dirección y los compañeros para identificar las mejores prácticas que permitan mejorar continuamente la calidad de las actividades de precios y las tendencias que conducen a ratios de éxito más favorables.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiência en Pricing o Inside Sales u otros roles relacionados.
• Experiência trabajando en una Transitaria será valiosa
• Imprescindible tener habilidades sólidas de comunicación en inglés y español (escrito y verbal).
• Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, demostrar atención al detalle y precisión, y cumplir con los plazos en múltiples solicitudes.
