    Acerca del rol

    El analista de capacitación de ventas será responsable de diseñar e implementar programas, herramientas e iniciativas de aprendizaje y facilitar la información comercial que permita a nuestro equipo de ventas trabajar de manera más eficiente, identificando brechas de desempeño y conocimiento.

    Responsabilidades

    • Entregar productos y servicios de habilitación de ventas a todas las partes interesadas. Trabajar con expertos en diferentes áreas/departamentos para el diseño de contenidos de capacitación (contenidos/materiales para audiencias internas y externas).
    • Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar herramientas de aprendizaje en diferentes formatos.
    • Trabajar con el equipo comercial para abordar las brechas de conocimiento de los clientes y su personal para definir planes de acción para aumentar la productividad de ventas y mejorar la eficiencia del equipo de ventas, tiendas y empleados mediante la ejecución de iniciativas de capacitación.
    • Comprender los diferentes procesos de la organización y participar en el diseño e implementación de iniciativas de mejora.
    • Medir el desempeño de las áreas internas de ventas (KPI's, KBI's, KKI's y KSI's), monitorear el impacto de la capacitación para correlacionar con los resultados y encontrar oportunidades de mejora.

    Requerimientos

    • 1-2 años de experiencia en capacitación de ventas, análisis de datos, marketing, capacitación de ventas o soporte de ventas, y un conocimiento demostrado de las mejores prácticas, metodologías y tecnologías en cada una de estas áreas: ciclo de ventas, capacitación en campo, diseño de cursos, productividad de ventas, etc.
    • Nivel intermedio en SQL y herramientas de visualización de datos (como Tableau, Looker Studio).
    • Sólidas habilidades en: Hojas de cálculo de Google y Excel.
    • Capacidad para la organización, comunicación y dirección de reuniones grupales en persona o virtualmente.
    • Capacidad para prosperar en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
    • Colaborativo, jugador de equipo con un fuerte enfoque en la entrega para tener un impacto.
    • Pensamiento analítico deseable y habilidades de resolución de problemas para analizar datos, identificar ineficiencias y proponer soluciones basadas en datos para la mejora.
