  • Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor market conditions and identify opportunities for optimization of energy supply and trading activities.
  • Lead CPPA project offtake negotiations to secure longterm power purchase agreements.
  • Work closely with investment and permit teams for CPPA assessment, dealing with bank and
permit processes.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, finance, and legal, to ensure
alignment with organizational objectives and risk management strategies.

  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on CPPA progress, risks, and
opportunities.

  • Assist in investment committee meeting processes.
  • Analyse energy market trends and conditions to develop strategies for maximizing revenue.
  • Manage the implementation of energy trading activities, including contracts and agreements
with buyers.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers and regulators.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to energy
trading activities.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including finance, legal, and risk management, to
ensure alignment with organizational objectives and risk management strategies.

  • Develop and manage budgets for energy trading activities and monitor expenses to ensure
compliance with budgetary requirements.

  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on CPPA performance and future
opportunities.

  • Assist with other development tasks as assigned.
