    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Growth Strategist to join our team at LatamCent. As a Senior B2B Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for leading demand generation and CRM strategy for our most strategic client engagements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead client engagements for our Chief Growth Officer, HubSpot Onboarding, and Openr clients, utilizing your expertise in tech-enabled services, data, and software.
    • Develop and implement complex solutions on HubSpot, training client teams on how to effectively utilize them.
    • Recommend and build tech-powered solutions to optimize the delivery of our service offering.
    • Collaborate with the founders to develop universal processes for database development, contact and company enrichment, workflows, and reporting.
    • Design and implement templates and apps for onboarding, customer success, billing, and business operations at LatamCent.

    Requirements

    • C2 Level English proficiency
    • 5+ years of experience in demand generation with U.S. B2B tech companies.
    • 5+ years of experience working with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write compelling cold emails and maintain open communication with clients.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
    • Deep strategic and technical understanding of HubSpot, Salesforce, GSuite, email, CMS tools, and other software/tech that can help our clients scale.

    What We Offer

    • A competitive salary range of $3,000 - $4,000 USD per month.
    • A performance-based bonus structure, with potential earnings of $10,000 - $20,000 per year.
