- Aggregate environmental impact and performance data across Latin America region, develop into a master scorecard and maintained at a regular cadence;
- Align data-points and units of measure to allow a single and accurate view of all metrics in region;
- Partner in the development and planning of global sustainability strategies;
- Lead cross-functional working group/s to deliver regional sustainability targets in areas including waste, carbon, energy and water;
- Ambassador for TD SYNNEX Global Corporate Citizenship efforts externally, specifically regarding sustainability;
- Manage submissions to sustainability survey requests from various stakeholders;
- Work closely with Corporate Citizenship & Corporate Communications team to share wins, learnings and results through high-quality communications;
- Bachelor's Degree required;
- In-depth knowledge of frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD;
- Experience with EcoVadis, CDP & SBTi;
- Fluent English ( required);

About the Role
The LAC Sustainability Specialist is responsible for measuring TD SYNNEX's overall environmental impact within Latin America & Caribbean and providing guidance and support for the company's sustainable initiatives in Latin America. This role aggregates all regional environmental performance data from multiple systems and sources for TD SYNNEX office locations and logistics centers into a master scorecard of environmental metrics, including energy, renewable energy, carbon emissions, water, wastewater, environmentally preferable products, waste, operations, green meetings, and stakeholder engagement. This role will be accountable for tracking and reporting on Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and identifying initiatives that support a Carbon Neutral future for TD SYNNEX. This role contributes to the development and resource planning of global sustainability strategies, serving as a thought partner on how to prioritize and drive sustainability in the region. This role leads and/or supports special strategic projects, including cross-functional working group(s) to deliver our sustainability targets in areas including energy, waste, water and carbon. The Sustainability Specialist works as part of the Global Corporate Citizenship & Sustainability team to share wins, learnings and results with stakeholders through high-quality communications. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Corporate Citizenship & Sustainability.
