    En Idearhumano, buscamos a un People Partner Junior para colaborar en el desarrollo de nuestra visión como IDBi.

    Objetivos del trabajo

    • Implementar herramientas innovadoras para mejorar los procesos administrativos del área.
    • Desarrollar y gestionar estrategias de comunicación interna efectivas.
    • Coordinar la gestión del T-registro y manejar documentos digitales con eficiencia.
    • Moderar y apoyar en el desarrollo de procesos regulares de nuestros equipos.
    • Desarrollar y gestionar proyectos relacionados con Talent Quest.
    • Liderar el desarrollo de estrategias en el entorno tecnológico.

    Requisitos

    • Familiaridad con el régimen MYPE (no excluyente).
    • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en reclutamiento y selección.
    • Conocimientos en construcción de perfiles relacionados al TI.
    • Investigar y mantenerse actualizado en las últimas tendencias en recursos humanos.
    • Egresado de carreras profesionales y/o técnicas de gestión de talento humano, administración, comunicación o carreras afines.
