• As the
  HR Generalist based in
  Lima,
  Peru you will administer departmental goals by interfacing with the appropriate personnel and government agencies. With your customercentric approach, you will support the employee lifecycle from recruitment support, onboarding, and exit from the business.

Having the ability to multi-task you will support audits and payroll processing companies. You would also participate in internal and external audits providing information to requests. Work with finance teams to provide the required information for general ledger postings. As an experienced officer, you will have to understand South American payroll legislation across all countries.

You are a valued member of Bradken, your attention to detail and accuracy will complement your strong problem-solving skills which will be key to the overall success of the team.

Your ability to communicate and engage at all levels will excel your performance in this position and will allow you to elevate your technical skills in the role.

Key Technical Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience in payroll
• Experience in Payroll systems experience, knowledge, and understanding is a plus
• Strong computer skills (including, but not limited to Excel)
• Bilingual required (English and Spanish)
