About The Role


As
Brand Development Manager for
Peru, you will implement brand strategies in partnership with the leadership team, using sound analytics and insights.

You will handle all business financial, including P&L budgeting and tracking. You will be responsible for volume and profit delivery and drive excellent execution of the agreed support plan. You will adapt innovation & renovation projects according to local needs working with the cross-functional team. You will act proactive on the brand performance and eager to identify new opportunities to drive additional growth.

You are the one to own the country brand's consumer marketing budget and demonstrate an efficient and effective investment approach.

You will lead commercialization and build business plans for new product opportunities in collaboration with Retail Marketing & Customer Development, Finance and CS&L teams.

You will handle/support the full APM of on brand/product line and coordinate long term brand strategies and planning.


What You Will Do

  • Implement strategies in partnership with leadership, using analytics and insights
  • Manage all business financials, including local subcategory brand P&L budgeting and tracking
  • Build and implement pricing strategies and monitors market implementation to take corrective actions. Recommends Price Increases/Decreases
  • Understand what the brand stands for in the hearts and minds of consumers including brand identity, essence, vision, mission and core values to drive relevant communications and innovation

What You Need (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related
  • At least 3 years in Marketing positions in Multinational Consumer Goods Companies
  • Nielsen, Kantar and others programs knowledge
  • Budgetmanagement skills and proficiency
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced English Level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related
  • At least 1 year in Sales
